Résumé

Cette étude propose une analyse comparative des politiques d'intégration des migrants dans quatre pays : le Maroc, la Turquie, le Mexique et l'Afrique du Sud. Elle examine leur rôle en tant que destinations finales et plaques tournantes dans les flux migratoires mondiaux. À travers une méthodologie rigoureuse incluant une revue de littérature, une analyse des données et des études de cas, elle met en lumière les facteurs clés influençant l'intégration des migrants, tels que le statut juridique, l'accès au logement, l'emploi, ainsi que la gouvernance urbaine face aux défis socio-économiques. Les résultats offrent des recommandations pratiques pour renforcer les politiques migratoires tout en tenant compte des spécificités locales. L'étude met en évidence les principaux facteurs influençant l'intégration des migrants, tels que le statut juridique, l'accès au logement et à l'emploi, la gouvernance urbaine et les défis socio-économiques. Grâce à une analyse comparative croisée, la recherche identifie les meilleures pratiques et les domaines nécessitant des améliorations, offrant ainsi des informations précieuses aux décideurs politiques et aux parties prenantes. Les résultats soulignent l'importance des stratégies spécifiques au contexte tout en tirant des conclusions plus larges qui peuvent éclairer les politiques migratoires mondiales. Les travaux futurs intégreront des données réelles dans le modèle, affinant la notation et la pondération pour s'assurer que les résultats reflètent fidèlement les conditions réelles. Cette étude invite à repenser les politiques migratoires globales en s'inspirant des approches locales tout en favorisant une coopération internationale renforcée.
